Projects: Coordination and innovation management

In larger collaborative projects and initiatives, the ZFF can take over the coordination. This includes the concept phase as well as project management in general and innovation management in particular.

Reference projects are the innovation management of the bioeconomy alliance Plant³ with more than 100 partners and the T!Raum initiative One-Health-Region Vorpommern with currently 11 projects.
