Career Advice on Campus
First steps in the professional world
What do the skills you have gained during your course qualify you for? This is not a question that you will ask yourself only at the end of your course. During its office hours, the Employment Agency’s Career Advice Service offers useful tips for the start of your career.
Which job would I like? Which job can I do? Before your first application, it is often important to research in detail about the professional field that you would like to work in: Are the skills I have gained during my studies sufficient to be able to carry out my desired profession? Where can I see any deficits and how can I overcome them? What are my strengths that might open doors to completely different professions than previously thought? All of these questions can be answered by the Career Advice Service.
